Terms of Use
Last updated : 01/09/2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for accessing and using the website www.beyrouthbaymalo.com ("the Site"), published by NOUR & JULIEN, operator of the Beyrouth Bay Malo restaurant.
Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. For information about the Site's publisher, please see our legal notice.
2. Accessing the Site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs required for such access (equipment, connection, etc.) are the user's responsibility.
NOUR & JULIEN does its best to ensure quality access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve this, and cannot be held responsible for any network or server malfunction, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
The Site may be interrupted, suspended or modified without notice, in particular for maintenance purposes.
3. Menu, prices and availability
The dishes, descriptions and prices shown on the Site are provided for information only. The menu may change according to season, supply and product availability. The dishes and prices actually available in the restaurant or for takeaway shall prevail.
The Site does not allow online ordering or payment. To book a table, please contact us via our contact form or by phone. For a takeaway or delivery order, please contact us directly by phone, or use our delivery partner where applicable (whose own terms and conditions apply to that transaction).
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (text, photographs, logos, graphics, structure) are, unless otherwise stated, the property of NOUR & JULIEN or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Partner badges and logos or awards (Tripadvisor, Uber Eats, local awards) displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used in connection with partnerships or awards actually obtained by the establishment.
5. Contact form and personal data
The Site's contact form collects your name, email address and message content (and, where applicable, the preferred date and number of guests for a booking), solely to process your request. This data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at: contact@beyrouthbaymalo.com.
6. Allergens and food information
Information about allergens present in our dishes is available on request, in the restaurant or by phone. In case of a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know before ordering.
7. Cookies
The Site sets neither advertising nor analytics cookies. Only two are used: a technical session cookie required for the security of the contact form, and the cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA on the Contact page to filter out automated submissions. You may object to cookies by configuring your browser; the contact form may then stop working. Details are given in our privacy policy.
8. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (Tripadvisor, delivery platforms, social media). NOUR & JULIEN has no control over these third-party sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or their own terms of use.
9. Limitation of liability
NOUR & JULIEN strives to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information published on the Site, but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors, particularly regarding the menu and prices. The publisher's liability cannot be engaged for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts having jurisdiction over RCS Dunkerque shall have sole jurisdiction.
11. Contact
For any question relating to these Terms of Use, you can contact us via our contact form or at contact@beyrouthbaymalo.com.
