Data we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, message and, if you provide them, the date, time and number of guests. Nothing else is collected: this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your booking or information request. It is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Table bookings

If you request a table — date, time and number of guests —, your request is also recorded in a booking calendar that only the restaurant can open, protected by a password. It holds your name, phone number, email address, the date, the time and the number of guests; the free text of your message is not copied into it. The restaurant also records bookings taken by telephone there.

Retention period

Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of twelve months, then deleted. Bookings are kept for three months, then deleted automatically.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A technical session cookie secures the contact form and expires when you close your browser. The Contact page also calls the anti-spam service described below, which sets cookies of its own.

Spam protection and transfer outside the European Union

The Contact page is protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited). In doing so, Google receives your IP address together with data about your browser and your behaviour on the page, sets its own cookies and may transfer this information to the United States. This processing rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam; the content of your message is not passed on to Google. Google's terms are available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to Contact. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
